We want you to love your Rifle Paper Co. products, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unused and unopened items within 30 days of purchase. Please note that personalized items, final sale products, and wallpaper are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to initiate the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  After submitting your request, download and print the prepaid UPS return shipping label provided via email. A $7.00 return shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all delicate home goods and stationery are protected to prevent damage during transit.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location; once our warehouse receives and inspects the items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10-14 business days.
